We are Clare Sutherland and Yvette Polok and collectively we are 'Believe & Achieve Business Academy'.
We started this academy as we were both small business owners who struggled to find the time to grow our businesses and quite frankly we were lost! We couldn't find exactly what we wanted and what we needed so we created it! We have carefully tailored each module to suit busy people so that you get maximum results. All we ask for is 6 minutes of your precious time each day! We know the key to success is consistency!
Clare has always loved the mix of creativity and business strategy and so studied, became qualified and practised Marketing for over 20 years working with brands such as BMW, Disney and Travis Perkins.
This experience has provided a sound benchmark of learning as she managed multi-million £ marketing budgets.
Over her working career Clare has launched two of her small business ventures winning Northamptonshire Business Excellence New Business if the Year in 2012 and then more recently achieving over 2500 five-star trust pilot reviews with an online venture.
Yvette spent 20 years working up the ranks to Senior Manager in the corporate world, and finally broke free in 2021. Yvette now loves to use her skills as a motivator and leader and delights in watching others flourish.
Yvette now combines her experience from the corporate world, her intuition and people skills to create spaces for small business owners to collaborate, learn and be inspired.
Yvette is also an Author, having writen a Guided Journal and also writes and creates online courses designed to improve your mindset.
Small business is in Yvette’s DNA, and together with Clare, they aim to change the way small business is conducted to give owners more time, freedom and money. It can be done.
